This weekend I was so excited to finally shoot my first 3 workout videos with my trainer Tony & my team from Ride Free Media for my series of YouTube videos I have coming out over the next 12 months.

I did 3 of my workouts which were titled "The Lean Legs & Bikini Bum Workout", "The Toned Arms & Flat Abs Workout" & "The Full Body Circuit Workout". All three videos demonstrate the workouts I currently do in the gym to maintain my body ALL year round (these are the exact workouts the I do and are not designed to be 'training' videos, more so just an insight into what I do, but by all means, give them a go).
As you would probably be able to tell just by reading this, I was extremely exhausted by the end of the day, but it was so worth it & I was incredibly happy with the end result.
After each workout I was so drained and also throughout each work-out I need to keep up the fuel which is why I thought I would share with what supplements keep me going in future posts.
If you are wondering what I was wearing during the shoots, as always, it was my Lorna Jane workout gear with some seriously HOT pink Sauconyshoes! Loved them, all super comfy & recommend any girl who works out/thinking of starting to be active to check them out!
